Good for Narrow Feet Also
I have flat, narrow feet. I have used orthoheel flipflops. I decided to try these sandals, but was concerned that I could not tighten the straps enough for my AA feet. I followed the same procedure that I used for the flip flops. I wear a 9N in sandals and 9.5N in regular shoes. However, I ordered an 8 in these sandals as I have done with other ortho products. With a sandal it isn't a critical that I have enough length because my toes don't hit the front of a shoe. For me, ordering 1 to 1.5 sizes lower worked well for these sandals also. I didn't have to tighten them much and they are very comfortable right out of the box. If you haven't worn orthoheel sandals before, you may have to give them a bit to feel comfortable as the foot surface may feel hard and ungiving at first. They seem to soften to a very comfortable level as you wear them. I think within a week or two, if I remember right. But these felt comfortable and soft right off the bat.
