Not all that Ugly; actually rather cool!I did not buy this shoe on line, but bought it locally after having an xray of my right foot which was injured in an accident years ago. My foot doctor said that because of all the wear and tear that I had developed arthirits in the toe area plux I had loss of cartilage. This shoe has allowed me to walk without pain. I never thought about it being an old lady shoe or an orthopedic shoe when I bought it.
When I can afford another pair, I will buy it again in another color. My first pair is silver.
Believe me it has a most wonderful arch support. My back has not even bothered me since wearing this shoe.
